The conditions for a fast ride were present at the time trial course.  Little to no wind and cooler conditions.  We were fortunate to have 7 PR's with Chris Monroe riding a 31:45 @ 23.43 mph, Chad Slusarski 32:43 @22.74 mph, Chris Oakley 34:31 @ 21.55 mph, Bob Dean 34:46 21.4 mph, Lori Ravelette 36:31 @ 20.37 mph, David Little 37:30 @ 19.84 mph, Susana Calderon 38:55 @ 19.12 mph.  Great ride guys and gals!!!  We also had a new rider Jay Mayberry come out and play with us.  Andrew Young also tried a different racing style by using his running shoes rather than cycling shoes.  Long story short, he is abandoning this strategy due to it's lack of speed and grace.  In the 40k, Rick Steward rode to a new PR with a time of 1:09:27 @ 21.43 mph.  Mike Doyle also rode the long course with a time of 1:05:14 @ 22.81 mph.  We want to thank all those that came out and thank our timers for all the work they do.
